For conservation reasons, there is a limit on the number of visitors per day. We therefore ask that you plan your visit well in advance by purchasing your ticket online in advance. Once a ticket has been purchased, neither the date nor the time of your visit can be changed. No refunds will be given.

If there is availability on the day, you can purchase your ticket online until 9.00 am.

Online tickets must be validated at the ticket office, located in the visitor reception centre (CRV), next to the cave. You must arrive between 20 and 30 minutes before the start of the tour. The guide will ask to see your ticket 10 minutes before the start of the tour, after which visitors will be admitted into the cave in stages.

If places are still available on the day, tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the centre’s availability in real time before visiting, in case tickets are no longer available.

The tour will be conducted in Spanish. If you wish to take the tour in another language, please contact the bookings department to check availability.

There is a maximum capacity of 17 people per session in the low season, and 20 people for the rest of the year.

Please follow the staff’s instructions and observe the centre’s signage regarding conservation and mandatory rules at all times.

During the tour, you must not touch the surfaces inside the cave

The tour is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

During the tour, we recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip footwear and warm clothing.
