To avoid crowds and encourage staggered access for visitors, please plan your visit well in advance, acquiring advance entry online. Once the ticket is purchased online, the date and time of the visit cannot be modified. The money will not be returned either.

 For reservations by phone, payment will be made primarily with a credit card. On the day of the visit, the reservation must be formalized at the box office, 10 minutes before the start of the visit, otherwise you will lose the right to reserve.

 Reservations and online purchases are not allowed on the day.

 To promote staggered access for visitors to the center, you must go between 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the visit.

Advance purchase or telephone reservation, like purchases on the day, must be registered at the ticket office, located in the Visitor Reception Center, waiting in line in order of arrival.

 The guide will request tickets 5 minutes before the start of the visit, proceeding staggered access for visitors inside the cave.

 There is a maximum capacity of 17 people per session in low season and 20 people the rest of the year.

 Respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the center regarding conservation.

 During your stay in the facilities of the center and during the visit, please do not touch the surfaces.

 The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

 During the visit, the use of comfortable shoes that do not slip and warm clothing is recommended.
