To avoid crowds and encourage staggered tsaccess for visitors, please plan your visit well in advance, acquiring advance tickets online. Once purchased, the date and time of the visit cannot be changed. The money will not be returned either.

Before coming to the site, if you do not have ticket, please  check the Please check the availability to see if tickets are available.

The tours will be conducted in Spanish. If you would like the tour to be conducted in another language, please contact the Reservations Centre to check availability.

Online tickets can be purchased until 9:00 a.m. on the day of the visit. The ticket must be validated al the ticket office center, between 20 minutes before the start of the visit.

The guide will request tickets 5 minutes before the start of the visit, proceeding staggered access for visitors inside the cave.

Respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the center regarding conservation.

During your stay in the facilities of the center and during the visit, please do not touch the surfaces.

The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

During the visit, the use of comfortable shoes that do not slip and warm clothing is recommended.
