For reservations by phone, payment will be made primarily with a credit card. On the day of the visit, the reservation must be formalized at the box office, 10 minutes before the start of the visit, otherwise you will lose the right to reserve.
Reservations and online purchases are not allowed on the day.
To promote staggered access for visitors to the center, you must go between 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the visit.
Advance or reservation purchases, as well as day purchases, must be registered at the box office, located in the Visitor Reception Center, located next to the cavity, waiting in line on a first-come, first-served basis and keeping the interpersonal security distance in force at the established points.

There is a maximum capacity of 30 people per session.

The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
During the visit, the use of comfortable shoes that do not slip and warm clothing is recommended.
Although the cave contains Paleolithic rock art, it is not visited, as it is out of the way.
The cave is enabled for people with reduced mobility.
