Tickets purchased online must be confirmed at the Covalanas cave 5 minutes before the start of the visit. Once the ticket has been purchased, it will not be possible to change the date or the starting time of the session. Money will not be refunded either.
Telephone reservations must be paid for at the Cullalvera ticket office, located next to the entrance to the cave, at 9.30 am (mid and low season) or at 10.00 am in high season (check opening times).
As there is a maximum number of visitors per day, for conservation reasons, we recommend that you buy or book in advance, well in advance.
Reservations and online purchases are not permitted on the day.
On the day, tickets can only be purchased at the Cullalvera ticket office, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check availability at Covalanas before going to Cullalvera. Tickets will be sold according to availability and on a first come, first served basis.
There is a maximum capacity of 4 people per session and 12 people per day.
Please respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the centre regarding conservation and obligatory compliance.
The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Comfortable, non-slip shoes and warm clothing are recommended during the visit.
The cave has no electrical installation, so torches are necessary. These will be provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit.
From the car park to the Covalanas cave there is an ascending footpath of 650m.
