Tickets purchased in advance online, telephone reservations and the purchase of tickets at the box office, on the day of the visit, must be purchased at the box office, located at the Cullalvera Visitor Reception Center, located next to the cave.

Tickets must be purchased 60 minutes before the start of the visit in Cullalvera.

To avoid crowds and encourage staggered acccess for visitors, please plan your visit well in advance by purchasing your ticket in advance. Once purchased, the date or time of visit cannot be modified. The money will not be returned either.

As there is a maximun number of visitors per day, for conservation reasons, advance purchase or reservation is recommended.

No reservations or online purchases are allowed on the day.

On the day you can only buy the ticket at the Cullalvera ticket office, 60 minutes before the start of the visit in Covalanas, as long as there is availability and in order of arrival. Please check the availabity of the center in real time before going, if you do not have a ticket

There is a maximum capacity of 6 people per session.

Respect at all times the instructions of the staff and the center’s signage regarding conservation and mandatory compliance.

The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

During the visit, it is recommended to wear comfortable, non-slip that shoes and warm clothing.

The cave lacks electrical installation, and the use of flashlights is necessary. These will be provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit.

From the parking lot to Covalanas cave you must walk a 650m ascending pedestrian path.
