For conservation reasons, there is a limit on the number of visitors per day. We therefore ask that you plan your visit well in advance by purchasing your ticket online. in advance. Once a ticket has been purchased, neither the date nor the time of your visit can be changed. No refunds will be given.

If there is availability on the day, you can purchase your ticket online until 9.00 am.

Online tickets must be validated at the ticket office, located in the visitor reception centre (CRV), next to the cave. You must arrive between 20 and 30 minutes before the start of the tour. The guide will ask to see your ticket 5 minutes before the tour begins, after which visitors will be admitted in stages into the cave.

If tickets are still available on the day, they can only be purchased at the ticket office on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the cave’s availability in real time before visiting, in case tickets are no longer available.

The tour will be conducted in Spanish. If you wish to take the tour in another language, please contact the bookings department to check availability.

From the car park to Covalanas Cave, you will need to walk along a 650-metre uphill footpath. Motorhomes and vehicles exceeding a height of 2.10 metres are not permitted in the car park. If you do not have tickets, please check same-day availability before setting off up the path

There is a maximum capacity of 12 people per day, divided into 3 sessions of 4 people each.

Please follow the staff’s instructions and observe the centre’s signage at all times regarding conservation and mandatory rules.

During the tour, you must not touch the surfaces inside the cave.

The tour is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

During the tour, we recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip footwear and warm clothing.

There is no electricity in the cave. Torches are required and will be provided by the guide at the start of the tour.
