The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes. For conservation reasons, there is a maximum quota of 7 people per session. In turn, the cave lacks electrical installation, being necessary to use flashlights, which will be provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit.
It is advisable to buy the ticket online or book by email or by phone in advance. On the day you can only buy the ticket at the box office, if there is availability and order of arrival. In high season the cave is usually complete. Once the ticket has been purchased online, the date and time of the visit cannot be modified, nor will the money be returned. The reservation or purchase must be validated at the box office, at least 15 minutes before the start of the visit, at the Visitor Reception Center, located at the mouth of the cavity. In case of no-show, you will lose the right of the reservation.
From the parking lot to the Visitor Reception Center it is necessary to walk on an ascending 650m footpath. If you do not have tickets, before ascending the path you can check the availability of the cave through the official website or from the information and timetables panel located in the parking lot.
During the visit it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes that do not slip and warm clothes.
