For reservations by phone, payment will be made primarily with a credit card. On the day of the visit, the reservation must be formalized at the box office, 10 minutes before the start of the visit, otherwise you will lose the right to reserve.

The pedestrian access to the cave is formed by a forest track and a pedestrian path, with some degree of difficulty in transit. Both sections are done on foot, in a time interval estimated at around 30 minutes. On rainy days it is possible to travel through sections of mud and water.
The cave lacks electrical installation. It’s necessary to use flashlights, which will be provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit.
The first 15 meters of the route inside the cavity are done crawling, due to the low height of this first section. The use of helmets and knee pads that will be provided by the guide for your safety.
In the event that the pedestrian access path to the cavity is flooded by the Palombera reservoir, the visit will be canceled.
