In order to avoid crowds and encourage staggered access for visitors, we recommend planning your visit well in advance and purchasing your ticket online. Once purchased, the date or time of the visit cannot be changed, and tickets are non-refundable.
Online tickets can be purchased until 9:00 a.m. on the day of the visit and must be formalized at the box office, located in the Cantabria Rock Art Center in Puente Viesgo, 45 minutes before the start of the visit. (Please note that you will then need to travel to the cave, which is located at another nearby location.)
On the day of the visit, tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not have a ticket, please check the centre’s real-time availability before travelling there.
The guide will ask for your tickets 5 minutes before the start of the visit at the entrance to the cave. Visitors will enter the cave in staggered groups.
The maximum capacity of 7 people per session.
Respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the center regarding conservation.
During your stay in the facilities of the center and during the visit, please do not touch the surfaces.
The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Comfortable shoes that do not slip and warm clothing is recommended during the visit.
