To avoid crowds and encourage staggered access for visitors, please plan your visit well in advance, acquiring advance entry online. Once the ticket is purchased online, the date and time of the visit cannot be modified. The money will not be returned either.
For reservations by phone, payment will be made primarily with a credit card. On the day of the visit, the reservation must be formalized at the box office, 15-20 minutes before the start of the visit, otherwise you will lose the right to reserve.
Reservations and online purchases are not allowed on the day.
To promote staggered access for visitors to the center, you must go between 40 to 30 minutes before the start of the visit.
Advance or reservation purchases, as well as day purchases, must be registered at the box office waiting in line on a first-come, first-served basis and keeping the interpersonal security distance in force at the established points.
The beneficiaries of an invitation for two people within the AEHC or ATRC Promotion allow free access to two people in El Castillo or Las Monedas. If the beneficiary of the invitation is a single person, you can enjoy free admission to both caves.
The guide will request tickets 5 minutes before the start of the visit, proceeding staggered access for visitors inside the cave.
There is a maximum capacity of 4 people per session.
You must maintain an interpersonal safety distance of 2 meters at all times.
Respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the center regarding conservation and hygiene of obligatory compliance.
During your stay in the facilities of the center and during the visit, please do not touch the surfaces.
Maintain correct hand hygiene at all times. Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available at the information desks.
The tactile museum elements, vending machines, shop and slogan are temporarily disabled.
The maximum occupation in public toilets will be one person, unless assistance is required.
Cultural and educational activities are temporarily disabled.
The visit is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
During the visit, the use of comfortable shoes that do not slip and warm clothing is recommended.
