• For conservation reasons, there is a limit on the number of visitors per day. We therefore ask that you plan your visit by purchasing your ticket online. well in advance. Once a ticket has been purchased, neither the date nor the time of your visit can be changed. No refunds will be given.

• If there is availability on the day, tickets can be purchased online until 9.00 am.

• Your online ticket must be validated at the ticket office, located at the Cantabria Rock Art Centre (Puente Viesgo), 45 minutes before the start of your cave tour. Please note that you will then need to make your way to the cave, which is situated at a different nearby location. Please remember that your cave ticket includes free access to the permanent exhibition at the Cantabria Rock Art Centre.

• The tour will be conducted in Spanish. If you wish to take the tour in another language, please contact the bookings department to check availability.

• If places are available on the day, tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the centre’s availability in real time before arriving, in case tickets are no longer available.

• The guide will collect your ticket 5 minutes before the tour begins at the cave entrance, after which visitors will be admitted in stages into the cave..

• There is a maximum capacity of 7 people per session.  

• Please follow the staff’s instructions and observe the site’s signage at all times regarding conservation and mandatory rules.

• During the tour, you must not touch the surfaces inside the cave.

• The tour is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

• We recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip footwear and warm clothing during the tour.
